こんにちは！(・ω・) 10月になりました。
二十四節気では10月24日頃は『霜降』といい 秋が一段と深まり朝霜が見られ、
日が短くなったことを実感できる時期だそうです。
たしかにその通りで、 少し前までは半袖で過ごすぐらい暑かったですが 最近は朝露が見られるくらい寒いですね😢
(朝起きるのがつらいです笑)
さて、スポーツの秋ということもあり 最近私は『1日腹筋20回！』を始めました👏✨
少ない！と思われるかもしれません( ;∀;) 私も思います笑
最初は腹筋・腕立て・背筋…いろんなことをしていたのですが 全く続かず….ほんとに三日坊主でした💦
なので、できることからコツコツと！ 何事もそうですが、 取り組み始めること・続けること が大切な気がしますね(^^)
